1.  “How many people were charged under Section 1(2) of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012 between (a) 1 August 2012 and 31 October 2012, (b) 1 August 2012 and 31 July 2013, and (c) 1 August 2013 and 31 October 2013?

For each of the above time periods, how many charges related to (i) a banner (ii) a gesture (iii) speech (iv) singing (v) other offensive behaviour. For each of the above time periods, how many charges occurred in a football stadium? Please list the grounds concerned and the number of charges that occurred at each”

2.  “How many people were charged under Section 6 of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012 between (i) 1 August 2012 and 31 October 2012, (ii) 1 August 2012 and 31 July 2013, and (iii) 1 August 2013 and 31 October 2013, and how many of these charges were football-related incidents
